How long it takes
Every box is printed with a name, so the clock starts when you approve the digital proof, not when you place the order.

Where we deliver
All over Pakistan. Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad are routine. For smaller towns and remote areas, add a day or two — tell us the date you need them by and we will plan backwards from it.
Returns on personalised boxes
Because every box is printed with a name and a date, it cannot be resold or reused. That is why we send you a digital proof first and print nothing until you approve it.
- Before you approve the proof — change anything you like, as many times as you like, at no charge.
- After you approve the proof — a change means a reprint, which we will quote for.
- Personalised boxes cannot be returned for a change of mind once printed.
If something arrives damaged
These are handmade and they travel. Occasionally one does not survive the journey.
- Send us a photo the day it arrives and we will replace the damaged boxes at no cost.
- If a whole order is affected, we remake it and re-deliver.
- If we printed a spelling differently to the proof you approved, that is on us — we remake it.
Unpersonalised stock
Plain boxes, wrapping sheets and goodie bags with no printing can be returned unused within 7 days. Message us first so we can arrange the pickup.
